
CROFT POWERS TORRID START IN WAVERLY'S 78-20 ROMP OVER EDISON

WAVERLY — Waverly got off to a torrid start, then got even hotter, building a 39-point halftime lead — thanks in large part to 28 first-half points from Davis Croft — en route to a 78-24 win over Thomas A. Edison here Monday evening in IAC South Large School junior varsity boys basketball action.

Tim Birney is the founder / owner of River Road Media Group. He was born and raised in the Valley, graduating from Waverly High School in 1984.
Birney earned an Associate's Degree in Journalism from SUNY Morrisville in 1986 and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism / Public Relations from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1988.
