
UNBEATEN SVEC SNAPS WAVERLY'S FOUR-MATCH WIN STREAK

WAVERLY — Unbeaten SVEC snapped Waverly’s four-match win streak with a
169-210 win here Thursday in IAC boys golf action at The Club at Shepard
Hills.
Jacob Banks shot an even-par 37 on the front nine to earn
low-medal honors for the Eagles, while Taylor Brock shot a 41, and
Nathan Gillette had a 43.
Declan Murphy led the Wolverines with a 50, while Jack Knight shot a 52, Hunter Elston carded a 53, and Liam Traub added a 55.
Aidan Westbrook and Davis Croft tacked on non-scoring rounds of 58 and 59, respectively.
Waverly, now 4-2, travels to Newark Valley Tuesday.
