ENDICOTT — Union-Endicott scored two runs in the bottom of the first inning, and made it stand for a 2-0 win over Waverly here Friday afternoon in non-league softball action.

Sophomore Kendra Lee fanned 16 and walked four in a complete-game, seven-inning performance to earn the win.

The Lady Wolverines managed just two hits off Lee — both singles by junior Aubrey Ennis.

Senior Hali Jenner was tagged with tough-luck loss in the pitcher’s circle for the Lady Wolverines She allowed two runs on nine hits and one walk in six innings.

Waverly, now 7-10, wraps up the regular season Saturday when it hosts Owego. Game time is noon.
